Overview
Student Rating of Teaching (SRT) form has a solid research base from the literature on student learning and instructional excellence; it was unanimously approved by the Faculty Senate in December 2007. You can read more about the SRT form at the OMS website. Faculty have the option of either: administering the form in-class, or using a web-based process for mid-semester and end-of-semester student evaluations of teaching in their classes. NOTE: Courses with multiple instructors and/or sections must have each section/instructor pair set up separately for a course evaluation (SRT). Setting up one instructor for a course with multiple sections does not automatically enroll all sections of the course for online collection of SRT data. In cases where there is more than one instructor for an individual course, each instructor must have a separate online evaluation set up.
